I just got a Chromebook and found a nice simple viewer for the Chrome Browser. This is actually an extension that places an icon in the upper right hand corner of the browser. When you click on the icon a window pops up with the cameras that you have selected. This thing is quick, it takes about one second to get live feeds on the 3 cameras that I have set up. If you click on one of the cameras you will get a larger view of that camera. I have tried this on both my Win laptop and Chromebook.

It is free on the Chrome Web Store. The name of the extension is MyIPCam.

Most people just use their NVR / Blue Iris web interface for this, but it is cool that there is a browser plugin to let you aggregate camera feeds :)
