Last night when I went to bed, I had 4 cameras running and recording in blue Iris.
This morning, 3 of them say no signal. Any simple explanation for that?
Happy to give any details needed.

Lots of details needed LOL.

Can you see them in the camera GUI? In other words are the cameras working, just not seen in BI?

How are they powered?

Did BI update and you got bit by the MAC thing in recent versions that changes the IP addresses?

I can see them in the camera GUI and in TinyCamPro.
Just not in BI.
Powered by directly plugged in.
I don't think BI updated or it would have stopped recording sometime last night.

Do you have static IP addresses assigned/reserved for the cams?

Look at the video tab for the cam and check that the IP address matches what you're using to access them directly.

There's a checkbox for "Skip initial MAC....tests" Make sure that's checked.

I do not have static IPs. I have the default Dynamic IPs.
I checked. They do.

All 4 are up and running now. I'll see what it looks like in the morning.

That's terrrific, but what did you do? Did you take @Mike A. 's advice?

I strongly suggest you assign unique, static IP's to all your cams, in the same subnet as your BI server but outside of your router's DHCP pool. IOW, if my router is 192.168.1.1, then I set the DHCP pool so that 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.199 is for DHCP (the routercan assign those IP's to DHCP devices) and 192.168.1.200 to 192.168.1.254 is for me to assign to my cams, devices, etc. as static IP's.

While posts above are assuming it's a problem with cameras, you should also check that there isn't a networking problem with the BI machine going on as well.

True, OP states they are OK everywhere but BI so could even be a simple cable/connector/NIC issue on the BI server....but getting timely and good info from the OP in order to provide helpful advice has not been an easy task. :blankstare:

I have 4 kids. That's why I need the cameras. It's also why I haven't been able to give timely updates.
I do really appreciate all the help.

As for what I did, I followed Mike's advice. I checked the MAC box. And I restarted the PC and therefore Blue Iris.
Everything looked great this morning.

I know how to assign static IPs. How do I designate what the range is for DHCP?

In the DHCP server settings in your router.
