Cameras not appearing in Dahua Config Tool

I have some older cameras I got years ago from EmpireTech that are not appearing in Config Tool on my system (Windows 10 Pro):

(1) a 5231R-ZE
(2) a 2MP bullet (model unknown), and
(3) a 4MP turret (also not sure of the model) that is currently being used in my Blue Iris setup

So I know the 4MP turret works (working in Blue Iris, and can access via browser), but I'm not sure if the other two are even powering on. And the (working) 4MP does not appear in Config Tool.

Any idea why I am not seeing these cameras on the Dahua Config Tool? Or how I can otherwise access them? Does Config Tool have issues seeing older firmware cameras?

I am running a two NIC setup, and the camera NIC is in the 192.168.10.X subnet. (I've tried changing my NIC IP to 192.168.1.X and accessing cameras at 192.168.1.208.)

All of the cameras are running off the same POE switch. I've tried all running them individually to the same port just to rule out the switch.

Thanks.

You could try another IP program one that comes to mind is Eztools and seems to pull in multi branded cameras not just dahua or dahua OEMs so is the case maybe you forgot they were Hikvision then they wouldn't pull in to Ip Config Tool.. Another thing not sure if you mean 10.x and you changed to 10.x but put in 1.x in the place. Some issues I have seen in the past is that cameras don't always play well on all IP ranges unless it is your current range. Another issue is if you are running on a Vlan might not have access to that vlan for them cameras or they are setup outside your networks Vlan? Alibi Toolbox is same program as Eztools so I will show that so you get an idea, Therea are 10 other devices in a different vlan that are not showing up but you can see there are multi IPs and multi DVR/NVR and cameras brands in this list as well.

If a camera happens to have Multicast/Broadcast shut off, config tool won't find it.

You don't need config tool.
Install Advanced Ip Scanner, find the IP of the cam you want to access.
Then use a browser to navigate to the cameras' GUI.

Or set the camera back to Factory defaults, then access the camera via it's default IP address of 192.168.1.108.

Thanks @looney2ns, using Advanced IP Scanner worked. The 4MP turret appeared and I could access it via its IP, the 2MP bullet appeared but was marked "dead", and the 5231R-ZE didn't show up, so I think it is dead.
