Hi,
I installed three Dahua Eyeball IPC-HDW5231R-Z and at that time, they were all auto recognized by BI when I did a search. At that time I was using an older POE switch that I salvaged from one of my older NVR systems. I swapped out the older POE switch for a new Ubiquiti Unifi 48 port POE switch and when I tried installing a 4th camera, I lost the ability to find the camera via the search. I had to manually type in the IP address and manually input all the settings that were previously auto populated.
Any ideas on how this can be corrected? I'm planning on adding additional cameras and would like to have the auto recognize ability back.
