Cameras not pausing

Any ideas on what would keep BI4 from pausing a camera feed? I have had no pausing problems in the past but now when I try to pause any of my cameras, they indicate that they are paused but they still keep recording and sending alerts. They are set to continuous recording and trigger alerts.

This was always the case, pause simply stopped live video. To stop recording use the traffic signal or profiles.
