cams suddenly black on iphone and web server doesn't connect

At some point in the past week or 2, all of my cams are showing up black in the ios app and I can't connect to the webserver. The status bar just spins. I can see alerts in the app, though. I am running version 4.8.6.3. Has anyone else had any similar problems?

I figured out the schedule in blue iris pc had been changed from a triangle to a square. Changed it back and blue iris app now works fine. However, I still can't log into the web server. I don't even get to the login screen. Chrome just spins and then says can't connect.

sorry, I never discovered what the problem was. no problems since 12/10/19. Did you check under web server tab "enable web server...."
 
Remoted to his PC now, and noticed the red square that you mentioned. I change that to a green triangel. Upgraded to latest version and checked that the web server was active (it was). Hopefully the green triangle will solve it ;-) Thanks for your help!
