Hi I have set up a prikim wifi cctv camera and use IP camera software. On my phone the picture is fine through the app but on my PC which im using to record the camera it keeps loosing connection and then reconnecting every 4 or 5 seconds. Tried restarting everything with no joy. Thanks.

Wifi is terrible for video camera data transfer. Do you have a clear line of sight from your camera to your wireless access point?

The router is pretty close to the camera and the wifi is good all ober the house, its strange as I ment to say I have the camera running on tvs through my firesticks over wifi and its perfect, its just once its on my pc it keeps diconnecting but fine on the other tvs.

I'd advise swapping the Ethernet cable from your pc (if it's wired). Otherwise, check your router configuration for an option called "airtime fairness". If it's there, and enabled, disable it.

I have set the camera right up next to my wifi but its still disconnecting from my pc but still ok to my phone and firestick apps. the connection to my PC is 100 % so must be a setting ive messed up. Any ideas ??

Raj9999, have you set a static IP on your PC and disabled QOS?
