Can I connect a vivotek camera on iVMS-4200

I am trying to learn the finer details of iVMS-4200 and the only spare camera I have at the moment is a Vivotek FD8136. I have set a username and password, changed the port address to 8000 for http and still can't connect.
If someone can let me know where I am going wrong it will be much appreciated.

No, it will only work with hikvision cameras.
