Hello, I bought an Amcrest 8mp / 2.8mm some time ago and wanted to finally install it. I believe it's a Dahua 2499 turret (1/2.5” 8 Megapixel progressive scan STARVIS CMOS).
I have an Intel NUC i3-5010U (5th Gen) and I would run Blue Iris or Frigate. I would need to connect the recording hard drive as an external USB.
The camera and NUC would be connected through a small POE switch.
Doable?
