Since this is new construction, future proof and make your data runs now. CAT6 is cheap (i'd personally go with CAT7), wiring your whole house (even spots where you may never use it) is worth the investment. I'd run a wire in each corner of the house, any doorways, and probably the center part of the house too (this is just for cameras and should be run so it's accessible from the outside of the house).. A lot of people I know run Ethernet to any outdoor electrical gang boxes. I'd also run to anywhere you're planning on putting an AP (ceilings obviously) and a run to each bedroom + living room. I promise you, I've done enough residential work for individuals that decided they had enough wiring.. Only to go back and pull additional wires because they cheaped out on an extra $500 worth of wire.. You'll save yourself a huge headache in the long run + remodeling costs in 3 years.
