Can I Playback quad view in sync on Dahua NVR?

I have a requirement to be able to review 4 cams at the same time in a casino. I wasn’t able to figure out how to play back 4 cameras at the same time. The clocks need to be in sync and they want to review at 16x speed. This is for the gaming Commision to review footage in the cashiers cage. I am using a Dahua IVSS7016 NVR. Any suggestions? Am I missing something obvious.

Someplace on that OS when you are looking in "SEARCH" or playback mode, you should see a control that says "SYNC", once you have your cameras selected, click the control and that should do it for you.



Yours is most likely going to look a bit different, above on top you can see the speaker or sound button, to the left is the speed control for gaining 16x if you keep clicking it. One thing to keep in mind is to make sure you have full "ADMIN" rights, some controls
do not show up depending on your credentials. I also assume you are logging directly to the NVR ? If you are using a PC over the network some of the controls might not show up either.

Thanks, This is what it looks like on the IVSS7016DR. The symbol I circled says "Sync" if you hover the mouse above it. It doesn't seems to work very well when connecting remotely so I will have to try again when I am connected directly to the NVR.

Trying to do all of that remotely will always be problematic. Tasks like that should be done onsight if possible.

I agree totally, using the Local is always a good thing, Just when you get to the "Money shot" , The gui would freeze and sometimes had to restart the NVR.
