Can not connect via TelNet in to my Hikvision Cam

Hi NG,

after i was reading here how to fix the NAS problem, i started to get TelNet connection over Port 23.
I have a PTZ K20 Hikvision China Cam.

V5.0.2 build 140109

1. i don't have under System the TelNet activation in my admin!
If i connect via Putty i get the message "Network error: Connection timet out

Is this the wrong port? How can i connect? Or is there other way? SSH, FTP?

O.K. - i got a way:

I use Dreamweaver (FTP).
I connected to the IP with user "root" and password "the normal admin password". Deactivate "passive FTP" and it works ;-)
