Can not get camera to record motion only

I have the following Hikvision NVR: ERI-Q104-P4
I have 3 IP cameras hooked to it, 2 are Poe, the other is not.
The one Sunba Illuminati record Motion only as I want and works fine.
The second Poe (Chinese knock off) records everything 24/7.
I have deleted the camera and reinstalled on the NVR. I have deleted all the schedules related to the camera. I have copied the Schedule from the Sunba to the other camera but it
still records everything.

Ideas???

Is their an ONVIF setting you can turn on in the NVR? or in the Camera?

I'll have to look.
Both cameras are hooked to the NVR using HIKVISION protocall.

Ok think figured it out.
Deleted everything. reset the schedule for motion only.
Still recorded everything.
Rebooted NVR.
Now recording motion like I wanted...

Go figure
