Can not log into camera with my laptop on one out of five Empire Tech cameras?

I am currently running all my cameras through the NVR but would like to configure my zoom camera to catch license plate numbers, so I need to log into the camera directly from my laptop. I cannot figure out why one out of five cameras won't let me log into camera from my laptop. The odd day it will work but mostly it will not.

My NVR is an Empire Tech NVR32CH – 16P – 2AI

Camera is an IPC – B52IR – Z12E – S2 (on port 6)

This is what it shows on my laptop which won’t let me past to log in to camera directly:

I previously had the camera show up twice on my NVR and showing up on port 37777. When this happened I was able to log into from laptop. I factory reset camera and it went away after I deleted it from the NVR

Any help or direction to resolve would be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean it won't let you log in?

Like the screen is all white and no log in screen or it says invalid user?

If it is the first and the screen is all white, try deleting the browser history and the plug-ins and try again.

Sometimes the browser gets confused because it is pulling the protocol from the last camera that was used and it won't work on the current camera.

When I log into my NVR from my laptop the camera listings have an internet icon that links me to each camera so I can adjust the settings.
One camera shows a blank screen and won’t prompt me to login?

I will try what you suggested with browser history and plugins.

Yes that the right way to do it. Get out of that NVR interface.
The Web GUI has more features and is easier to use. I haven't logged directly into my NVRs since 2014

Browser issue for sure.
Try Edge in IE mode, or Pale moon. I have a few cameras that are very finicky as to which browser you use

I have PTZs that require 2 attempts to reach the login page from the IE button. 1st attempt ALWAYS times out goes to white screen.
Now I just click the IE button, immediately close the popup window and do it again. 2nd click always works

On most NVRs with multiple camera models, I rarely can get through all of them with a single browser
