Can not setup camera EZVIZ CS-C2C-31WFR-B

Hello together,

hopefully you can help me.
I try to setup my chinese IP camera C2C but it won't work.

What I did (accounts for Hikvision and EZVIZ are created):
I followed the steps of the EZVIZ app and get sucked at the step "connecting to Wifi network".

My router shows me that the camera is connected to the internet. I can't access the camera via IP address in my browser.

Any idea?

EZVIZ products don't have a webinterface.
Just edit your EZVIZ IP camera with the iVMS-4200 cliënt software from Hikvision.

Thank you for the hint!
But I can't connect to the camera. I've got the IP address of the camera from my router and username and password won't work with the iVMS Software.
