Trying to advise my daughter which NVR to purchase.

Can someone please confirm if this is the NON-POE version?
She'll be purchasing the 16ch ver.
Is this the one @nayr is recommending?
It's confusing to me.

non-poe.. it'd say P16 in the model# if it had 16PoE built in and be ~$100+

I do believe that is the one you want.

I just received my NVR5232-4KS2 from Andy @EMPIRETECANDY and it is not POE

what program will you use to program it I found the SmartPSS 2.0 to be pretty good. If you use any other I would love to hear about it. I am new to this and have gotten the camera and NVR running, can see on iPhone and getting emails.
