Can the push notifications option be enabled via a schedule

I am using AI for people/vehicle detection. Sometimes at night I get spiders causing false notifications so I just disable "push notifications" in the app. Is there a way to automatically enable push notifications every day at sunrise? I have looked but have not found anything yet
