Can This Computer Do Double Duty ?

This is my HTPC, so most of the time it's not doing much. But of course it's the peak load that matters. I have a 4 tuners that can record at one time. I'm going to plan on 3 at the most recording at once. I want to use Blue Iris.

Will this system handle the peak load when the 3 tuners and 3 cameras are recording???

Data Drive is 1 TB, 5400 RPM. [ I could easily upgrade this drive to something faster and larger. ]
