Can view cam feed in Explorer but not BlueIris

Hi,

I have multiple SV3C 2 and 3mp bullet type cameras setup in BlueIris4 and am trying to add a couple newer PTZ 5MP SV3C cameras to BI. I can view the camera feeds in the direct ip link in a web browser but they do not display when pulling them into BI.

I can ping the addresses no problem as well.

What should I be looking for in BI to get them working?

Enable the Onvif and RTSP?

Are you using auto discovery in BI or manually configuring the camera? These two different approaches have decidedly different results for me when it comes to successfully adding a camera.

I enter the IP address then go through find/inspect cameras to pull in the camera. RTSP keep alives and use RTSP/stream timecode are checked

Not entering the IP and selecting find then navigating to the IP worked. Thanks for the help
