can you flip the image on DS-2CD2F42FWD-IWS?

I am not ready to mount this camera yet so I was wondering if there was a setting to flip the image so I can set it on something rather than hang it. I cannot seem to find it if there is.

I do not have this IPC but I think this feature supports every HikVision.

Agreed, I do not even know this model, but this feature is something that has been in all Hikvision cameras for years.

Image | Display settings | Video Adjustment | Mirror or Rotate

thanks alastair for the help. rotate only rotates 45 degress. mirror does it but everything is backwards!

Use mirror "UP/DOWN", and then if needed rotate "ON".
