No campaign hat, so it's not Smoky.
Cam is mounted too high to get a good face shot. It could be anyone, but kind of looks like my ex-mother-in-law.
I like how the first pumpkin takes off away from the bear. That guy was hauling ass.

Maybe he took it off so he wouldn't be recognized because unlike Yogi and Boo Boo he's really smarter then the average bear!
It was 9:24PM, way too late for trick or treaters IMO but the place was lit up like runway 12R at JFK so the bear figured the deal was still on......
