cancel an ipct store order?

sunday night I accidentally ordered the wrong camera. basically I checked out the wrong cart without double checking, like an idiot. I can't see ANY way to cancel an order that's still in waiting to be processed. its #15996 if any IPCT people see this.

I ordered what I wanted 5 minutes later.
