Cannot Configure Cameras To Record On Motion Detection

I am getting frustrated over this issue. I can manually record from any camera, however I cannot get or find the settings to trigger video recording when motion is detected.

The instructions I have found are very vague or they show menus that I do not see.

Any suggestions? I am using the Hikvision iVMS-4200 software.
 
Is it not in the linkage tab of the motion detection ? check all the relevant boxes - also make sure you are capturing video through the right periods....
