Cannot connect remotely GMDSS plus

Live camera works via the app when I'm on the premises using same wifi..however when I try from home or on mobile data cannot get a connection to the live camera. Any ideas please
 
You'll need a VPN to be set up. The VPN will make it seem like your device is on the LAN even when you're away from it.

One other option that is not recommended, is to port forward your cameras to the public internet. This will allow anyone to access them from anywhere.

Are you using a NVR or PC for recording? Some of us just connect to the NVR/PC via VPN, port forwarding, or TeamViewer.

How did you add the camera to the app?
Have you used IP address or serial number?
To watch it on the app outside your home, the camera needs to be added by serial number so this will work over P2P.
Or you can port forward and then use your external IP address but that will require static IP or DDNS so stick to P2P if you can.
