Cannot connect to my Dahua NVR remotely using SmartPSS

Hi There,

For some reason Im not been able to log into my Dahua NVR remotely using SmartPSS software on my PC or my Iphone, app. The NVR seems to be showing offline.

When I restart the NVR manually via the NVR box, The Smart PSS seems to start working correctly again.

But later when I try again to connect, once again the NVR seem to be offline again.

Does any have any solutions

UPDATE

I managed to create another user, then i logged into SmartPSS and that seems to work. It seem my Admin account is locked not sure why.
