Cannot delete "default" user account on Dahua NVR

So I noticed that there is the admin account and default user account. I cannot delete the default user account, it says it cannot delete this reserved account. I also cannot change the password for it. Well then, what is the purpose and point of this account?

try 'tluafed', but i dont know, how i can disable such account. so, i think it's backdoor.
