cannot find IP for IP cam

I cannot find the the IP of my IP PTZ camera. The camera getting Power and the PTZ function is working in the startup. But couldn't find the IP in NVR, SADP and NVMS .
In ethernet Port green light only flashing. Any solution for this issue?

As fenderman said what model is it. Before i install an i.p cam i give my laptop a static ip thats in the range of the camera log into the camera and give it whatever ip address (that is free) corresponds with the network that i am on then install. If you initially set it up in dhcp mode and it possibly got assigned a new ip and you dont want to reset the camera. I use a software solution that is free from microtik called the dude. It scans your network and gives you i.p's for devices on the network. Here is a link to the dude http://www.mikrotik.com/thedude
