Cannot open JPG alert created by the Watchdog

Hi again friends,

As the title says, when one of my cameras disconnect, the watchdog, after 5 seconds triggers an alert and then send an email with the correspondent image.

But the e-mail don't have any image, just an empty "logo":



In the Blueiris interface, when i try to open the Watchdog snapshot, it gives me the error:



Does anyone know what this could be ? I've even updated the blueiris to no avail.

Shut down Blue Iris; in Windows Explorer delete the Blue Iris database folder ("db"). Start up BI, and it will rebuild the database. You'll lose the thumbnails but not the actual files.

Tried and got the same error.

The same "not found" image icon in the email and can't open it on the Blueiris Dashboard ! (Also it doesnt exist in the explorer file structure).

Very strange, it is as the Watchdog can't create the image !
