Cannot save Substream with MJPEG

Any idea why I cannot save substream with MJPEG? Once I go back to the menue the setting is back to main stream.

what browser are you using? maybe a screen shot of what you're seeing?

when I click on save I see the following screen (either Firefox or MS Edge). It seems to be ok

However, when I go forth and back in the menue nothing is saved and I see the main stream screen again

it seems that substream was saved although mainstream is always displayed in the menue. Thanks and regards
