I cannot set up my NAS, I have the following message when I test it on HIKVISION settings webpage

Installation failed on NAS. Directory or invalid username / password incorrect.

However all informations are correct

What are you trying to do? You don't provide enough information for anyone to try and help. What model camera is it? What firmware is installed on the camera? What make & model NAS is it?
