Can't connect to home cameras

I upgraded to a new Xfinity Modem. I know there has to be ports to open in order to see the cameras on my computer. Xfinity used to let you go into the modem-->port forwarding, but now you have to do it on their app. I have been trying for an hour to get my camera software to blend with the new modem but for some reason I am unable to get it right.

What is the trick to doing it? ALso, I can see my cameras on my phone, iPad etc but not on my desktop computer.

Can anyone help?
