I bought a new dahua ptz SD8A840-hnf-pa on alibaba. When I installed Dahua Toolbox app, it was shown that it's been already initialised though I thought I should initialise it myself as I watched on some tutorials on youtube about dahua ptz settings and connection. I needed to change it's ip and when I connected it directly to my laptop to change ip and tried to enter it in browser by 192.168.0.108 it asked for a login and a password though I didn't set any password before.
Now I dont know what to do, where do I get the password? Maybe if I open the camera and do a factory reset pressing the reset button (if the camera even have one?) it will help?
My local dahua support are not helping because I bought it ''unofficially' and it's not certified. Now I'm very sad I didnt even know about such subtleties and troubles before buying, nothing on youtube reviews about it, paid lots of money, and currently got a useless 14 kg metall junk
