hi all, new to all this, got 2 cameras one runs on Iscee software and I've got ifound and working on firestick with Tinycam Pro, and found on pc with ODM (thanks to reading some of the posts here)
the other is on O-Kam its a MW3 model solar/battery
I can see it on my phone using O-Kam, tried picking it up on ODM in pc, and tinycam pro on firestick stick,
on the ISCEE sortware I could go into setting and get the user/password to help ODM login/find camera, but can't see the settings in this O-KAM software
Don't think I did that share QR code thing on PC & Firestick with ISCEE software

any tips out there ?

also on ISCEE software in "about device" there is lots of info on the camera 's setting, with O-KAN its the barest of info

Use VLC to see if it will show the video stream using the URL in the code below.

First off, the URL begins with RTSP, not RSTP (I understand it's probably a typo here but is correct when you try it).

Have you tried:

Code:
RTSP:/username:password@192.168.XXX.XXX:10555/TCP/av0_0
Also, insure you put 2 "/" after "RTSP:" as forum software won't allow 2 to be displayed consecutively here.

tried it both with and without the Password I registered with, think its the onboard softwares password i need

Connection failed:
VLC could not connect to "192.168.2.***:10555".
Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'rtsp:/192.168.2.***:10555/tcp/av0_0'. Check the log for details.

FWIW, that's a private IP, no need to redact, my Blue Iris server is 192.168.200.250:81.
Are you certain that the RTSP port is 10555 and not 554?

I get the exact same error with VLC if I incorrectly use 552 instead of 554, the correct port for RTSP of my Dahua camera.

Run a network scanner to verify the correct port for RTSP. I use Fing on my smartphone.
Install the Fing app, get on the same LAN/WLAN as your camera and scan.
When it finds the camera, click on it, perform a port scan and see what ports are for HTTP and for RTSP.

tried fing on the photo, it doesn't find the camera (got the camera running on the phone) says phone has no ports open ?
devices shown.pngattached 3 photo screen shots
1, shows 4 devices on this network, Router, Laptop, photo, other camera (the camera i can't find is on 192.168.2.139)
2 shows routers ports that are open
3 shows other camera's ports that are open

Many, if not most, cams that use an app to scan a QR code or enter a UID for their P2P cloud also encrypt data to discourage local streaming and require their cloud for viewing.

Can you at least run power to a camera? If you can get it to within 3 meters, this camera has a 9VDC power supply that plugs into mains power and is sold on Amazon UK. It can run wireless OR wired with an Ethernet cable.

TP-LINK Tapo C-310 => TP-Link Tapo 2K Security Camera Outdoor Wired, IP66 Weatherproof, Motion/Person Detection, Built-in Siren w/ Night Vision, Cloud/SD Card Storage, 2-Way Audio, Works w/ Alexa & Google Home (Tapo C310)

It can stream RTSP to Blue Iris or VLC (PC software), no cloud required, if you follow these instructions => How to view Tapo camera on a PC through RTSP stream
If no PC you can view the camera with an app on your smartphone.

thanks agian,
I've got a wired PTZ one, that sometimes picks up the wildlife, but I;m looking for a wireless solar one that I can mount on a post/base that i can move from front to back garden depending on what we are viewing, but it needs to be able to detect the foxes/hedgehogs/feral cats
been looking at the eufy S220, but some of the reports don't read well, also like idea of PTZ which rules out S220, so just not sure
