cant find downloaded videofile.

Hi!

i have some hikvision cameras, i have tried to dowload the videofiles that the camera make, they get dowloaded an all, but i cant find them in the computer(win10).

i have googled it and tried different search options in windows, but with no luck.

where are they and what kind of file do the videofiles become?

Do NOT use Edge. Make sure you are using Internet Explorer. And run it as administrator (find the shortcut, right click, choose "run as administrator").

On the "local configuration" part of the camera you can see where the files are supposed to be downloaded, and you can change the folder if you want to.

Hi!

i have tried exactly the things that you suggesting, strangest thing is that i have choosen desktop as a filepath, but no files will show up, i have also tried different filepaths but the dowloaded files wont show, cant understand why?

problem solved, i rebooted the computer and started explorer as admin again and the camera exepted the settings, and now it works, thank you for the help.
