Can't get BI to connect to Dahua DH-IPC-HDW2449T-s-il

None of my cameras are listed in BI so I wasn't surprised to find that this one wasn't either. I've tried all the different possible setting and I've gotten nowhere. Camera works just fine via it's web page but BI can't connect. Any help much appreciated.

In BI did you put in cam's username, password and cam's IP then click on "Find/Inspect"?

Does cam have unique static IP in the same subnet as the BI server assigned?
 
Thanks Tony. Problem turned out to be me. I use a separate subnet for the cams, 192.168.5.XX and my main subnet, which routes to the Internet is 192.168.10.xx. I put in 10 where it should have been 5. Sometimes problems can be so simple they're hard to spot.
