I have been using a Hikvision DS-2CD2432F-IW for a couple of years now on BI 4 triggering with BI motion detection and I thought I would try using the PIR feature but I cannot get it to trigger BI and record.
I have Enabled PIR Alarm on the camera and set BI trigger source to "Camera's digital input or motion". Is this all I need to do?
I have tried enabling all the trigger linkages (Audible, Send Mail, Notify Surveillance Center, etc). No joy.
I am assuming the Trigger Alarm Ouput A->1" will somehow be sent to BI?
