Cant initialize a new Dahua SD49225XA-HNR 2MP 25x Starlight

New camera out of the box. IP address is 192.168.1.108

Laptop IP address is 192.168.1. 25

Going thru a tplink router

using the Config tool 4.011.0000003.6

I see the camera. I check the box to initialize but it fails every time. I get the orange triangle. Any suggestions?

Try using internet explorer.

Connect it directly to your PC and log into the Web Interface of the camera via the camera's default IP which should be the same range as your PC 192.168.1.*
