Can't initialize IMOU camera.

Hello,
I changed an IP camera from a router to another. Because it didn't work I reset it. But now I can't initialize it.
The camera is IPC-S3EP-5M0WE-0280B, has IP 192.168.0.105, while my laptop has 192.168.0.110.
Any ideas how to solve this?
 
What happens when you go to 192.168.0.105 in your browser on your laptop?

If you factory default it it will probably change the IP to 192.168.1.108

You will need to switch your computer IP temporarily to 192.168.1.X (pick a number)
 
You need to get you computer on the same subnet as the camera.

Unhook a computer or laptop from the internet and go into ethernet settings and using the IPv4 settings manually change the IP address to 192.168.1.100

Then power up your camera and wait a few minutes.

Then go to INTERNET EXPLORER (needs to be Explorer and not Edge or Chrome with IE tab) and type in 192.168.1.108 (default IP address of Dahua cameras) and you will then access the camera.

Tell it your country and give it a user and password.

Then go to the camera Network settings and change the camera IP address to the range of your system and hit save.

You will then lose the camera connection.

Then reverse the process to put your computer back on your network IP address range.

Next open up INTERNET EXPLORER and type in the new IP address that you just gave the camera to access it.

OR use the IPconfig Tool, but most of us prefer the above as it is one less program needed and one less chance for the cameras to phone home or for something to get screwed up.

The camera has no Browser access So you will need to use the correct app to setup the camera to use on the app. Once setup on the correct router using the app you will be able to access the camera on a NVR and or 3rd party NVR using Onvif.

Are all of the IMOU cams like that?
 
I am not 100% but my guess is that it is the Smart Home line of devices and that would make them without browser access.. Special App setup and then NVR and or ONVIF accessed devices after setup.. I almost didn't say anything because IPC in the name had me thinking it was a special IP IMOU camera that did. But when I looked at the device I noticed it was same as one I own that don't have so I double checked the Data sheet for the Dahua camera in there is also says no Browser access. So for me I am guessing IMOU is Browser free as it must be just like OEM line again only a guess and I am human and make mistakes lol..
