Good morning everyone, I have a little issue with ELP IP-1892 camera, it is working fine connected to Hikvision NVR but i cant login to it, I know the IP address and I think I know the password but each time I try to login to it it gives me "Login time out" I have utility for it but cant find factory image to reset it to factory defaults. If anyone can provide me with that it would be very appreciated. thanks
