Can't login to camera

Not sure what happened but logging in to my camera today resulted in an error message, it will not longer accept my password. I have tried the various password reset tools but I'm not getting anywhere. In SADP my serial number is: DS-2CD3132F-IW20151216CCCH561983537 and the start time 2017-01-01 19:29:17. I've tried removing the model number (i.e. just 20151216CCCH561983537) but this is rejected by SADP when I try to restore the password. I can connect to the camera's IP address, ping it, it's there but I can't log in.

My firmware version is V5.2.5build 141201

Can anyone suggest other things to try please?

Full reset on it ... will remove all the unknowns from the equation .. painful but...

I have tried the various password reset tools

Have you tried this one? It should work OK with that firmware version and model.

Thank you so much! I received notification of your reply sirius99 when my install guy was putting up 2 other cameras. He was able to go up to the camera I was having issues with and we did a full reset. Everything now works correctly.

Yes I tried that reset tool but unfortunately it did not work.
