Can't login with BI3

I can access this system fine with the BI app on my phone, both locally and remotely, but trying to login with a browser using UI3 fails with "
You don't have authorization to view this page.

HTTP ERROR 403"

It brings up the login page, but won't let me login. I am using the same user name and password as on the phone app.

This used to work, but since we have upgraded the PC to a windows 10 machine and of course there have been several updates to BI5.

Anyone else having this problem?
 
I suspect Win 10 upgrade has a firewall that needs to be opened.

 
I figured it out. We have Teamviewer running on that PC and it uses port 80 which caused the conflict. I switched BI to a different port and all is well. I don't know why we didn't have a problem with the BI app though.
