I just set up a new blueiris implementation (I have a few others that work fine) and I'm noticing that when I try to open an alert recording it freezes for a few seconds, then shows the flashing broken image picture.
I am able to load recordings in the admin console
I am able to load recordings in the IOS app
I get the same result when trying to load the web interface on the NVR computer itself or on a different computer via LAN or WAN
I'm trying to view using the java/mjpeg version
edit: I'm using blue iris 4.7.5.0 x64 on windows 10
edit2: I am able to view the live view in web interface
any suggestions?
