cant view camera in web always live view failed

my setup is ivms 4200 2.4.0 with web services in a pc. and storage is in there too. the port is successfully open to the router and checked it in canyouseeme.org now when i was going to access the web its ok then when i click camera it just always popup a live view failed here's my screenshot..
pls anyone who knows the problem a big big thanks to you!!

The link for the picture is gone.

Make sure you have your activeX controls enabled on IE.
Make sure port 80 is forwarded to the DVR.
If you are not using dyndns make sure your IP address you enter into the browser is the correct IP that your ISP gives you.
Make sure you gateway and dns server addresses on your DVR are matching that of your router.
