Can't view cameras remotely

Your NVR looks pretty open to the internet, all required ports are available, login screen is OK.
Pretty risky thing to do though with all the vulnerabilities.
What else do you have on the LAN the NVR sits on?
 
Do you have a static IP? Or maybe the firewall is blocking connections?

Anyways, you should not expose the NVR directly to the internet. Use VPN or something else safer.

Nothing being blocked at all. That's what I'm trying to highlight.
Full access is available at the public IP address specified.
The screendump above is the actual NVR - over the internet.
And the RTSP port and the Hikvision media port also work.
