Hey all, I have had a mongrel of a time with my first Hikvision set-up.
I bought a 7604NI with a DS-2CC3345-I and a DS-2CDD3T45-I5 as a first system to learn on.
It's been a bit stressful at times, but I'm all up and running/able to record etc. It took me ages to sort the network settings out manually, as I couldn't get it to plug & play, for whatever reason.
Anyway, I"m about 90% of the way there, but I cannot get the cameras to appear in iVMS-4200. The DVR appears most of the time, but occasionally I'll get a message from my MacBook saying that "iVMS-4200 wants to make some changes" and I have to enter my computer's admin password.
Is there anything any of you can immediately think I've dome wrong, here?
