I have used both the Monoprice and Truecable solid copper Cat5E with no complaints from either.

Insure the jacket is rated for the application: the most commonly used is CMR (Riser) for use in walls, attics, ceilings, crawl spaces and between floors; use CMP (Plenum) for use in plenum spaces such as purposed for ventilation, A/C ducting and cold air returns. In a pinch, the more expensive CMP can be used where CMR is suitable but not vice-versa.
