This is a great example of why you want to cover the street just in front of your property .. just 1-2 better varifocal cameras can help a lot to help ID those thieves which prey on you and your neighbors.

WOW - that is crazy. Hopefully he got the plate.

Looked like the guy was looking to maybe hit the CRV into the group of people and then thought better. He was awfully close to that car speeding away.

Maybe the way he left had a cul-de-sac at the end and hence, no exit.
If so, poor planning on his part...but thieves are usually dim bulbs anyway.
