Too bad Juarez couldn't be charged in LA for a death that ocurred as a result of the armed robbery, even though it was the victim that killed the teen. That would have rounded up TWO.

He could be. It's been on the books for a while but doesn't always get used. But this happened 10 days ago. The case is still in the screening phase with the DA's office. The DA may bill him with murder but I believe they must bring it to a grand jury to do that. They could bill him for what he was arrested for and that would be good enough to get him deported.
