Im not sure what you're trying to do, You Can't change Model Numbers they are embedded, but If you want to change the name of your camera You will have to login to it by either the default ip Address or Whatever Address your DHCP Gave it, So lets say its 192.168.1.5 Open up your browser and type in 192.168.1.5, You should come up with a Prompt asking you for a User name and Password Go ahead and put those credentials download and install the plug ins then after go to Configuration Tab and it should be under System here is a screen shot provided hope this helps
