I believe these 3 people just met. As they were walking past our house, the 2 on the left appeared to have second thoughts. The black and white clip is from a LPR camera.

On a side note, it looks like your neighbor across the street is getting a small brick wall put up. Probably a good decision on the girl's part.
There was a trust issue between them, I mean even if you just met you don't walk 10 feet away from each other.
Look like a little hand action by both just before they came in view based on his movements and her shirt half off LOL, so he was just excited about two on one action and had a little pep in his step to get back to his pad with the two honeys LOL.
